You will arrive the day before the hunt. In order to familiarize you with our property, a member of our staff will take you to the area where you will be hunting first. Most people hunt between 1-3 properties during their visit with us.
Your guide will show you the lay of the land with topo and aerial photos. He will also show you where the deer move through the bed, feed plots, fields, etc.
Stand locations will be shown to you utilizing a high-end GPS unit which is yours to use during your stay. If needed, we will provide GPS 101 training as well.
If you would like to hunt using your own tree stand, we will accomodate you. We will not walk the property until you are ready for your hunt. Our preliminary tour will be by way of roads on or through the properties. You will not be hunting on overhunted or disturbed property.
Our goal is for you to have a good hunt, so we will do what we can to ensure that. However, we can’t control the wind, rain, snow, the weather, or deer movement. If the deer don’t want to move, they won’t.
A hot dinner is prepared by our professional chef and provided each day.
